US Flat Rate Shipping Ground Shipping: $7.95 2nd Day Air Shipping: $14.99 Next Day Air Shipping: $22.99 Las Vegas Golf and Tennis continually negotiates with top shippers to provide the lowest possible shipping charges available. Las Vegas Golf and Tennis is proud to utilize the services of UPS for most shipping.  USPS is also available on select orders. Any order received for in-stock merchandise before 2pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day.  Special Order items will be shipped promptly after verification. For items that are “Shipped From Manufacturer,” please allow 3-7 additional days for processing before shipment. In-stock items may SHIP AHEAD, when backordered items are also included in an order.  If an order is SHIPPED AHEAD and the shipping method is by air (Next Day, Next Day Saver, 2nd Day Air) the backordered items will ship via UPS Ground when received. (Backordered items are shipped UPS Ground because the majority of the Next Day, Next Day Saver, and 2nd Day Air charges are attached to the first item/weight to be shipped.  Most of the time, additional items are only an incremental part of the entire shipping charge. (An additional $5.00 will be added if shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.) (An UPS delivery area surcharge of $1.20 will be added to certain less accessible and returnable areas) UPS now guarantees all ground shipments The following is a map of their guaranteed delivery times from our Las Vegas distribution center: Note: Remote areas and residences may take 1 or 2 days longer. UPS International/Air Shipping UPS Next Day Saver – Delivery by the next business day to most U.S. cities. Guaranteed to business addresses only, not residential addresses. UPS 2nd Day Air – Delivery in two business days in most of the U.S. and Puerto Rico. UPS Worldwide Express – Delivery in two business days in most major destinations, including over 290 cities in Europe. UPS Worldwide Expedited – Delivery in two business days to most destinations in Canada. Delivery within 3 business days to Mexico Delivery within 3–4 business days to major destinations in Europe. Delivery within 4-5 business days to major destinations in Asia and Central and South America. International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that maybe added. Las Vegas Golf and Tennis orders only include the cost of the item and the shipping charge. Any duty of taxes may be added at the time of delivery. International Orders will not be SHIPPED AHEAD. (Please see above references to SHIP AHEAD.) Returns In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product, simply return it within 30 days for a 100% refund. Items being returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials.  Items must be in new and unused condition.  Returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued.  Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Las Vegas Golf and Tennis reserves the right to assess a restocking charge on all closeout items. When returning a product all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information, and printed materials must be in their original packaging in order to be eligible for a full refund.  Closeouts, custom orders, demo items, personalized items, opened videos, DVD’s, and computer software are not returnable. If you should need to return an item, please contact Las Vegas Golf and Tennis by phone or email, and request an RA (Return Authorization) number. Returned items must have an RA number written boldly on the box of the item being returned.  Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping.  All items being returned must be in new and unused condition. International Returns The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees, and insurance fees that may be assessed for return items shipped internationally.  Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements.  The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax, or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements.  Closeouts, custom orders, and demo items are not returnable either domestically or internationally.
